We are looking for a Business Analyst
to ensure the successful delivery of development projects by bridging communication between stakeholders and development teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, a strong analytical approach, and the ability to optimize processes for high-quality project execution.

Your Main Tasks Will Be:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct research, including surveys and user interviews, to pinpoint potential issues.
  2. Requirements and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and refine requirements.
    • Produce high-quality technical and business documentation.
  3. Presentations and Recommendations:
    • Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
    • Create comprehensive reports summarizing findings and suggested solutions.
  4. Collaboration and Implementation:
    • Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications.
    • Provide support and training during implementation, monitoring the impact of changes.
  5. Evaluation and Improvement:
    • Evaluate design and process performance using user feedback, UX metrics, and product metrics.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance user experience and product success.

We Expect From You:

  1. Extensive Business Analysis Experience:
    • Proven track record working as a Senior Business Analyst in product companies (2+ years in product environments, 4+ years in Business Analysis).
    • Familiarity with both UX and product metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  2. Proficiency in Tools:
    • Advanced knowledge of Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
    • Experience working with teams outside the CIS region.
  3. User Research Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and A/B testing.
  4. Strong Soft Skills:
    • Proactive, organized, and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (B2+ level or higher).
    • Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
