Now we have a brand new opening for a Tax Manager to join our International Accounting Group!

Your main tasks will be:

    • Сalculation of indirect taxes for all companies (sales tax) monthly;
    • Organization of registration in tax offices of different countries, including the USA and Canada by states;
    • Preparation of tax calculations, including a breakdown by line of business;
    • Submission of reporting to tax authorities of different countries, control of payment and receipt;
    • Reflection and control of accrued taxes in ERP;
    • Preparation of reports for management, analytics of accrued taxes;
    • Assessment and development of measures to minimize tax risks;
    • Support of tax audits and preparation of responses to tax authorities upon request;
    • Participation in tax budgeting;
    • Communication with outsourcing companies and auditors on tax issues.

    We expect from you:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Tax manager/Tax accounting specialist/Chief accountant/Deputy chief accountant in big4 or mid-to-large companies;
    • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
    • Ability to work with a large amount of data;
    • Understanding of the principle of double-entry accounting;
    • Experience of working in accounting programs;
    • Knowledge of tax legislation of different countries;
    • English - Upper-Intermediate+, Russian - native/fluent level;
    • Knowledge of IFRS (nice to have);
    • Good logical thinking;
    • Attentiveness to detail, accuracy, ability to work independently;
