We are looking for a Senior HR Analyst for a short term part-time contract with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Collect, consolidate, and maintain up-to-date HR data across teams and systems
    • Develop and support HR dashboards and regular reports for HRBP, finance, and leadership teams
    • Collaborate with HRBPs and business stakeholders to identify analytical needs and formulate hypotheses
    • Conduct ad-hoc and structured analysis to validate the impact of HR initiatives on key metrics (e.g. eNPS, turnover, time-to-fill, profit per employee)
    • Interpret results and provide actionable insights to improve people-related decision-making
    • Monitor data quality, ensure consistency and transparency across sources
    • Support development of models/forecasts (e.g. attrition risk, hiring needs, team growth scenarios)

    We expect from you:

    • Proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating data from multiple sources
    • Solid experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R, or Excel with advanced functions)
    • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing (e.g. regression, correlation, p-values, confidence intervals)
    • Experience working with HR metrics (eNPS, headcount, attrition, hiring funnel, etc.)
    • Ability to build and interpret data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio)
    • Understanding of business and financial metrics (profit, revenue per employee, cost of turnover, etc.)
    • Experience preparing clear analytical reports and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
    • Familiarity with data quality control and joining/normalizing data from disparate systems (HRIS, finance, survey platforms)
