We are looking for a Marketing Creative Producer.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Creative ideation and production loop:
      - Be the point of contact for all creative production tasks, coordinating task requests and overseeing the end-to-end creative production process.
      - Generate and adapt ideas independently or through creative brainstorming sessions
      - Manage requests and write clear production briefs (for both internal and external teams)
      - Oversee timelines and asset delivery
      - Ensure all creatives meet channel and brand requirements
      - Track performance and extract insights from internal analytics and market trends
    • Creative processes & innovation:
      - Streamline new and existing workflows between UA and creative teams
      - Build and maintain a structured creative library & analytics reports

    We expect from you:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Creative producer / Creative Manager / Marketing producer / Creative Strategist / Ads producer in international product IT companies (adtech, mobile gaming, dating & social discovery, media platforms, health and entertainment apps), or performance marketing creative and production agencies
    • Experience in creative content production or related role in performance marketing
    • Experience in creating content for the US market
    • Knowledge of creative standards across paid channels (e.g., Paid Social, PPC, Mobile, Media)
    • Understanding of performance marketing and data-driven decision-making (A/B tests, UA metrics)
    • Ability to develop creative concepts and write clear, detailed briefs
    • Experience in managing creative production and giving feedback on audio-visual marketing assets
    • English (B2): English proficiency for effective communication and negotiation
    • Russian -- native/fluent
    • Nice to have:
      - Experience creating content independently
      - Experience with AI tools
      - Experience with graphic and video editing tools
