We are looking for a User Acquisition Lead/ Head to work with our Core products.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Developing and executing user acquisition strategies to drive growth and improve user engagement for our web and mobile products with the main focus on Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.;
    • Managing work on the purchase of traffic, the introduction of advertising, and A / B testing of creatives on channels;
    • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, Design, Creative, and Engineering, to optimize user acquisition campaigns and ensure the highest possible ROI;
    • Tracking campaign performance indicators and assessing their success by KPI;
    • Analysis of trends and insights, as well as subsequent optimization to meet KPIs: scaling successful channels and searching for growth points;
    • Actively contribute to team discussions, initiatives, and knowledge sharing.

    We expect from you:

    • 3+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing for mobile and web products, working with Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms;
    • Team management experience (ideally 3-5 people);
    • Experience with huge and small/mid-budgets;
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms: Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, or Kochava to track user acquisition campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions;
    • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display, and programmatic advertising;
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio;
    • Expertise in campaign optimization and A/B testing;
    • Understanding of ASO and CRO best practices, knowledge of SEO;
    • Strong project management and communication skills;
    • English B2+;
    • Understanding of international marketing: the ability to manage campaigns across multiple countries and languages, navigate cultural nuances, and adapt campaigns to local markets' specificities.
