We are looking for a Product Analyst in Cupid Media. Cupid Media is an online dating company that operates 33 active niche dating websites based on religion, ethnicity, lifestyle and special interests. The network of sites are available in multiple languages and since its founding in 2000, over 60 million singles have registered across the company's sites. Cupid Media is based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Identify the causes of changes in the dynamics of business processes;
    • Analyze user behavior, search for hidden patterns;
    • Evaluate the results of experiments;
    • Participate in product development processes and strategy;
    • Assess the potential impact of proposed changes;
    • Create and maintain up-to-date dashboards

    We expect from you:

    REQUIRED HARD SKILLS

    • Have a mathematical or technical higher education, knowledge, experience in applying the methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory;

    • Understand product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.);

    • Have solid experience in running and analyzing A/B tests;

    • You are proficient in data extraction, processing, analysis and visualization tools (MS SQL, Python, Excel).
