We are looking for a Product Analyst in Cupid Media. Cupid Media is an online dating company that operates 33 active niche dating websites based on religion, ethnicity, lifestyle and special interests. The network of sites are available in multiple languages and since its founding in 2000, over 60 million singles have registered across the company's sites. Cupid Media is based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

REQUIRED HARD SKILLS
Have a mathematical or technical higher education, knowledge, experience in applying the methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory;
Understand product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.);
Have solid experience in running and analyzing A/B tests;
You are proficient in data extraction, processing, analysis and visualization tools (MS SQL, Python, Excel).

1. Product thinking: can think about the product in terms of user metrics, sees user behavior behind the metrics
2. Systems thinking: can think from the general to the specific and vice versa
