We are looking for an Accounting Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Full company accounting management (Japan, Georgia, Armenia, Thailand, Malta, UAE - possibly other countries).
    • Management of fixed assets (FA) and intangible assets (IA) accounting.
    • Preparation, input, verification, archiving, and monthly submission of primary documentation to auditors.
    • Preparation and submission of internal management reports monthly.
    • Document processing and month-end closing in ERP system, TB and GL verification.
    • Optimization, automation of accounting and tax management work in 1C, possibly in other ERP systems.
    • Communication with external auditing companies from different countries.
    • Communication with directors/responsible persons of companies from different countries.
    • Full accounting and tax management for companies (with the assistance of external auditors or independently).
    • Preparation and submission of tax and accounting reports for companies in different jurisdictions (with the assistance of external auditors).
    • Monitoring reporting deadlines.
    • Execution of managerial assignments.

    We expect from you:

    • Knowledge of IFRS.
    • Ability to work with large volumes of data.
    • Ability to prepare balance sheets and understand the essence of each figure.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Experience as a chief accountant or deputy chief accountant for 3 years in medium and large companies.
    • Knowledge of and ability to work with accounting software (1C).
    • Proficiency in Excel is good.
    • English language proficiency: upper intermediate level, both spoken and written.
