We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager in Japan for Kiseki product. Kiseki.com is a global dating platform that connects Japanese singles with individuals from around the world. The website provides a safe and secure environment for users to create profiles, search for compatible matches, and communicate with potential partners. Kiseki.com focuses on creating meaningful connections and helping users find long-term relationships.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Drive user acquisition and revenue by daily management of advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Yahoo, etc;
    • Track campaign performance indicators and analyze data to optimize KPIs such as eROI;
    • A/B testing of creatives on channel to increase conversion rate;
    • Actively contribute to team discussions, initiatives and knowledge sharing;
    • Support the head of brand to create CRM contents and improve operation workflow;
    • Analyzing data to provide insights into the effectiveness and productivity of CRM;
    • Collaborate with head of brand to create contents for official SNS accounts on X, LINE,etc to achieve business targets;
    • Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence;
    • Receive and analyze SNS user feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.

    We expect from you:

    • Solid knowledge of web and app promotion;
    • Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, develop actionable recommendations and implement them;
    • Proficient in Facebook Business Manager;
    • Proficient with BI instruments and spreadsheets;
    • Native in Japanese is a must. B1+ (ideally fluent) English.
