We are looking for a Junior Product Manager for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

Collaborate with Product Manager to define product strategy and roadmaps.
Work closely with designers and developers to translate product requirements into actionable tasks.
Assist in writing clear and detailed product documentation, including feature specs and user guides.
Support the product launch process, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and support teams.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and propose data-driven enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform strategic decisions.
Conduct user research to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and synthesize feedback from beta users to drive product iterations.

We expect from you:

1+ years of experience in product management, UX research, or a similar role (internships included).
Ability to meet deadlines is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, or similar project management tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and image generation technologies is a plus.
Passion for AI, design, and digital creativity.
Native Russian
Upper-Intermediate+ English level is a plus
