We are looking for a Deputy Chief of Corporate IT (Deputy of CIO).
Your main tasks will be:
- 1st Line (UserSupport Team) KPI conditions met;
- 2nd line (Coreadmins Team) KPI conditions met;
- Create Hot Backup for All On-premise infrastructure in the Cloud (AWS or Azure);
- ManageEngine Endpoint Central Implementation;
- NetBox Implementation;
- Zabbix + Grafana implementation;
- Create UserSupport and Coreadmins 2025 plans.
We expect from you:
Experience in building an IT department from scratch;
Experience in building and managing a team of 20 employees or more;
Ability to understand and independently find business needs and translate them into tasks for the IT department;
Experience migrating or implementing virtual desktops;
Experience migrating user documents and business processes from on-premises to the cloud (GWS, Microsoft 365, etc.);
Experience of working in companies with a distributed corporate network with branches in several countries;
English - upper intermediate; Russian language - fluent;
Higher education in IT-technologies.
