Now, we are looking for a Community Lead Manager to join our HR Department.

The person will lead the direction of social responsibility and internal communications. Appropriate results are the happiness of our people, solving their problems, positive dynamics in the number of people resigning and unhappy people, SDG employee engagement, and fulfilment of the SDG communication plan, according to stated goals.

This position is for those who have a strong sense of social responsibility, a desire to make a difference and want to work in fast-paced, demanding, and rewarding conditions.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Make our people happy in their locations (so they stay in the company, and recommend SDG to others).
      For example: conduct and analyze a relocation survey, arrange presents delivery and make sure employees receive their presents on time, etc.
    • Implement an impactful strategy and tasks for the team that prioritize the mental, physical, and social well-being of our employees.
      For example: taking care of current employees in locations through the coordination of 8 local community managers in 8 cities around the world, distribution of resources, and work in ERP (enter an agreement into ERP, submit applications for payment, upload reports, staffing, etc.)
    • Help SDG to be a distinctive internal HR brand highly attractive to our employees. Make sure our people know about our company and want to represent it, inspire them by our mission, high growth, and innovative products, and engage them in content about SDG.
      For example, create and edit content in Confluence and Slack, update content and access for different spaces, and write in English for different target audiences and purposes (engagement, promotion, etc.).
    • Increase SDG employee engagement by at least 80% in online events, feedback, survey responses, and reactions and proficiently analyze respective data.
      For example, work in Google Sheets with formulas such as lookup, counties, averages, if error, etc.; form correct requests to AI.

    We expect from you:

    • Russian — fluent/native.
    • English — fluent/advanced (both written and oral).
    • Strong skills to motivate and inspire others to join social initiatives
    • Strong organisational and project management skills (budget management, goal/KPI setting, project planning, team management, results tracking, etc).
    • Ability to manage company-wide initiatives and external partners.
    • Ability to conduct internal communications and PR activities.
    • Great level of energy, initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and optimism.
    • Strong empathy and ability to find a common language with people of different views.
    • Good communication skills and flexibility.
    • Independence, having own vision/ability to propose ideas, and the ability to achieve results (perseverance).
