We are looking for a Senior App Compliance Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Manage business correspondence to ensure timely communication with stakeholders;
    • Maintain regular communication with app stores;
    • Handle access provision for new and existing users;
    • Process and track developer fee payments in a timely manner;
    • Oversee verification procedures;
    • Manage payments and resolve any payment-related issues efficiently;
    • Administer store accounts, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
    • Execute pricing updates and ensure accuracy across platforms;
    • Coordinate and manage app transfers for each individual application;
    • Prepare documentation required for onboarding new stores or partners;
    • Update commission structures in the ERP system and ensure system-wide consistency;
    • Own end-to-end app store account management, ensuring that all accounts are up-to-date and compliant;
    • Verify product updates to match developer guidelines.

    We expect from you:

    • English proficiency B2+, Russian proficiency C1+;
    • Proficiency in Freshdesk or similar ticketing/customer support platforms for handling business correspondence and support;
    • Experience in managing accounts, updating app details, and handling developer fee payments in both the App Store and Google Play Console;
    • Knowledge of access management and role-based permissions for app stores and various role-dependent systems;
    • Familiarity with payment systems and processing developer fees, as well as managing store-related financial transactions;
    • Experience with verification and compliance procedures, ensuring adherence to App Store and Google Play policies;
    • Proficiency in updating and managing commission structures and payment-related data within ERP systems;
    • Strong understanding of execution pricing updates across platforms (App Store Connect, Google Play Console);
    • Experience coordinating app transfers between developers or managing organizations for both iOS and Android platforms;
    • Skills in preparing and organizing documentation for onboarding new stores or partners, ensuring they meet platform requirements.
    • Ability to handle account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting issues in App Store Connect and Google Play Console;
    • Experience with managing and maintaining accurate, up-to-date information
