We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Architect / Private Cloud Architect.
Design hybrid infrastructure (On-prem + Cloud) — including classical and HCI architectures, standardized server platforms (Dell, Supermicro), and rack-level design (PDU, power, cabling) across multiple facilities.
Own and evolve the VMware ecosystem (vCenter, vSphere 8, vSAN), drive migrations, and transition the organization from technical monitoring to an SLI/SLO-based Observability model.
Lead the DataCenter Operations team (2–3 engineers) — manage CAPEX/OPEX, oversee RemoteHands, enforce NetBox as the Source of Truth, and implement a Service-Resource Model linking infrastructure to business services.
7–10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and 3–5+ years in architecture/technical leadership, ideally in product companies or high-load environments.
Expert-level knowledge of VMware vSphere 8 and vSAN, experience designing Software-Defined Data Centers (SDDC).
Strong hardware proficiency (Dell/Supermicro, bare metal clusters, PDUs, power planning, DC physical layout).
IaC mindset — strong understanding of Terraform/Ansible principles and ability to design systems for automation at scale.
Experience designing hardware and networking for bare-metal Kubernetes, plus solid networking fundamentals (BGP, LACP, overlay networks).
Soft skills: systems thinking, full ownership, an “automate-first” approach, and intolerance for manual “click-ops.”
