Now we are looking for an Accountant to join our Investment Department.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Maintenance of daily accounting for a number of companies in various jurisdictions (Cyprus, France, BVI, Seychelles, UAE, Singapore);
  • Managing accounts receivable/payable;
  • Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
  • Communication with accounting services providers;
  • Communication with auditors, annual audit support (documents etc.);
  • Entering and maintaining correct data in QPLIX (asset management software);
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns;
  • Other ad-hoc reporting per management request.

We expect from you:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper/accountant/auditor in big-4/accounting firms/holdings;
  • 3-4 years of experience in VAT and Payrolls;
  • Experience with IFRS;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • Knowledge of the accounting software Xero;
  • English - Upper-Intermediate+ (both oral and written) to communicate professionally with external counterparties;
  • Russian - fluent/native;
  • Experience with accounting in Cyprus;
  • Experience with at least some accounting software (1C/SAP/Navision etc.) (nice to have);
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a remote work environment;
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
